ABMR Antler Fundraiser

$ 20.00

Our Elk Antler Chews are 100% naturally shed elk antlers - no animal is hunted or farmed. Elk antlers do not typically chip, splinter or peel as a cooked bone can, lessening the chance of injury to your dog. If your dog likes to chew and destroys toys, these are the perfect chews! Our Elk Antler Chews come in two sizes: large, and jumbo. Antler consumption should be gradual, so it is important that you choose an antler suitable to your dog's size and chewing habits. As with any toys, it is important you supervise your dog while they enjoy the antler!

Our large antlers are recommended for dogs 40-70 lbs and x large are recommended for dogs 70 + or extreme chewers.

In September of 2018 we welcomed Eclipse, a Belgian Malinois with American Belgian Malinois Rescue (ABMR) into our home as a foster. Eclipse has had a long tough journey on her road to us but she has demonstrated amazing resilience in the face of adversity. In August of 2017, Eclipse was found severely emaciated wandering the everglades in Florida. She was taken into the rescue and had surgery to correct a torn cruciate ligament. Shortly after, she bloated and needed emergency surgery for this. Eclipse thought she was finally out of the woods and onto a better life. She has spent time in several homes and had trouble finding her "pack." Since she arrived home to us, we noticed that she has started limping on her leg again. Eclipse has severely underdeveloped (atrophied) muscle in her "bad" leg and although the surgery feels stable, this is limiting her ability to be active and build muscle. The vet is recommending physical therapy (to include water therapy) in order to strengthen her muscles and to prevent damage to her "good" leg which she favors. Eclipse is very special to us and her foster siblings (the Red Dogs pack) and deserves to have her shot at feeling her best. $12 of every antler sold will go towards American Belgian Malinois Rescue (ABMR) to help Eclipse get the treatment she needs as well as other medically needy dogs in AMBR's care.
